10 Minute Ball Work Out | Shape Up

After years of training as a basketball player, NBA2K TV host Rachel DeMita is all about length, strength, and tone. That’s where Pilates comes in. Break out the Bender Ball, unroll that mat, and #shapeup with this Pilates workout, that anyone can perform at home.

  1. The Bender Ball is cheap af. Buy a different brand!
    Am I the only one that can't inflate this darned thing because the straw is to small not to leak out air? This is even more of a problem once you try to plug it up because it was already leaking when you tried to blow it up. Now af ton of air comes shooting out and it's deflated like Tom Brady's football.
