  14. I just started doing butt workouts and Cassey and Anna are great! I come back to this video every time I work out. Amazing moves here. Usually when I do boring old squats my thighs are more sore than anything, but not with these moves! I feel the burn in my booty with these and I love it!!!!!

  17. I love this work out so much but I struggle with it. I'm wondering if it's normal that when I do these moves my entire leg, not including butt, just my thighs and calf start cramping up immediately. Really sharp shooting pains through my entire leg and I can't even get halfway through the reps done for each exercise. Any thoughts?
