  11. These workouts should be labeled as beginner, intermediate, or expert. Also the up and down of the exercises was driving me nuts. I wish they had provided more information about the workout type and level.

  18. i was a really inactive person until i found one of ur youtube videos.. i just started to try once.. but as i got habituated, i am so addicted that i workout daily now.. it seems fun when it's your videos… u make it so simple and fun to work out… thanx to u Anna… u r my fvt and will b always…

  19. I love your workouts, you are so motivating. I've been doing those stretches you did at the end in yoga class for awhile and it really hurts my knee when I try to sit up with all my weight on the knee. My knees also hurt during jumping squats or lunges so I modified. Any advice for doing those stretches with bad knees?

  28. Hey Anna, any idea why I always get dizzy transitioning from the floor moves to upright positions and vice versa? I can run a 5K, but somehow I need to take a few seconds between each exercise on here so I don't feel like passing out. Damn 🙁
