  25. Odd as it sounds, tip 6 actually works in the opposite way for me. I've noticed that when I eat in front of the tv or computer (especially if I'm playing a computer game) I eat a lot less because I'm so distracted by the content in front of me that I forget completely about the food that I'm eating. This being said, there's actually been a few times where I've gotten full from 2 or 3 bites of food because I was killing a boss in my favorite game and forgot about the food in front of me.
