  5. All the drinks sound super, I am going to try the Green Tea with Honey and a pinch of Cayenne Pepper and a Tablespoon of cinnamon. Actually seems like much cinnamon, but I am going to test it to see. I do use cinnamon spice in many foods and I don't like getting too much when drinking it because it can hurt my throat.

  7. I make a smoothie every morning before school with strawberry, spinach (you can put in a lot! don't really taste it), yoghurt, milk and oats. It tastes AMAZING and actually helps, I seem to be loosing a lot of weight and gaining tone 🙂
