Recipe #1 – Oats, lemon juice & honey mask
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
Directions:
Combine ingredients in bowl. Massage onto skin for 30 seconds. Rinse with lukewarm water.
Recipe #2 – Honey and apple mask
1 apple
4 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Grind one apple and de-seed it. Add 4 tablespoons of honey into crushed apple and mix it well. Given mixture apply to your face and wash it off after 10 minutes with normal water.

Directions:

Directions:
Crack the egg and slightly separate yolk from the egg white. Egg white leave in a small bowl. Make sure it doesn’t have any bits of shell in it. Beat the eggs white with your foundation brush until it’s slightly puffy. Use the brush or cotton wool to apply the mask on your face. Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash it off with water. 1 Papaya
½ Lemon
Directions:
Cut papaya and remove pulp with a spoon. For this mask you will need around 3 tablespoons of papaya pulp. Mash the pulp of papaya with a tablespoon in the bowl. Cut the lemon in half. Wring half of the lemon into the papaya mixture and mix it together. Given mask apply on the face and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off with cold water. This mask can be used once a week.

3 tablespoons milk
Directions:
Peel the orange and set the orange peel out to dry. Let them dry at room temperature for 3-4 days. After they dried, whirl them in a blender to get a fine powder. Add 3 tablespoons of milk into the powder and mix it together. Apply the mask all over your face. Let it dry for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off with water or remove it with paper towel.
Recipe #7 – Rice Flour Mask
2 teaspoons rice flour
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon green tea
Directions:
If you don’t use rice flour at home, you can find this ingredient in your local asian supermarket. Add 2 teaspoons of rice flour and 2 teaspoons of honey into the bigger bowl. Mix, mix, mix until you get smooth consistency. Add 1 teaspoon of green tea. Instead of green tea, you can add more honey or milk. Your mixture is ready and you can apply it on your skin! Avoid eye and mouth area. Let it settle for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, dampen the face with water and massage it for 30 seconds. Rinse off the mask and enjoy in your healthy skin!
Recipe #8 – Carrot, Potato, Lemon and Egg Mask
1 egg
1 potato
1 lemon
1 carrot
Directions:
Add 2 tablespoons of just mashed carrot and 1 tablespoon of mashed potato. Into given mixture, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and half of egg white. Mix all ingredients together. If your mask is too liquid, you can add flour (half of a tea spoon). Keep it on your face for 10-15 minutes and then just wash it away with water.
Recipe #9 – Honey & Oats mask
1 tablespoon oats
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
Add 1 tablespoon of oats and 1 tablespoon of water into a small bowl. Mix it well! Mash to the side of a bowl with a tablespoon to get quite a pic chunky paste. Next, take a tablespoon of honey and add it to the bowl. Mix it really, really well and keep it mashing it up against the side of the bowl using the spoon. Your final mixture should be thick and sticky. Using your hands, apply the mask on your face. Keep it on for 15-20 minutes. Wash it out using water and gently massaging it.
Recipe #10 – Strawberry mask
3 strawberries
¼ cup of yogurt
7 drops of honey
Directions:
Blend the strawberries to get the fine texture without chunks. You can use your fork if you don’t have a blender. Mix all ingredients in the bowl. Apply the mask gently in circular motion on your face. Relax for 15 minutes. Rinse off with cold water. Grab a soft and clean towel and just pat dry. If you have very oily skin you can use this mask twice a week.
Recipe #11 – Gram flour mask
Half a spoon of gram flour
1 tablespoon honey
Lemon juice
Directions:
Add half a spoon of gram flour into the bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and squeeze in a little bit of lemon juice. Mix it in a nice thick paste. Put it all over your clean face using foundation brush. Keep it on for 20-25 minutes and wash it out with water. You can use this mask 2-3 times per week.

2 tablespoons banana
Lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
Directions:
Add 2 Tablespoons of banana, few drops of lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey into a bowl. Mix all the ingredients using a fork. Apply it to your face using your hands. Avoid eye area. Leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse it off with cold water and apply your favorite moisturizer. Use this mask once per week.
Recipe #13 – Chocolate mask
Half tablespoon of cocoa powder
Half tablespoon of gram flour or besan powder
1 tablespoon honey (pure/raw)
1 tablespoon yogurt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Keep it aside for 10 minutes before using it. Apply all over your face and neck with your fingers or brush. Avoid eye and lip area. Leave it on your face for 30 minutes. When it dries, wash it off using circular motion. Use normal or cold water. Pat dry using clean face towel.
Recipe #14 – Turmeric powder mask
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
1 teaspoon rice flour
2 teaspoons yogurt
Half a spoon of honey
Directions:
Add 2 full teaspoons of turmeric into a bowl. After the turmeric, add 1 full teaspoon of rice flour and 2 teaspoons of yogurt. Into the mixture, add half a spoon of honey. Mix everything until you get nice fine paste. Apply it on your face with a brush. Wait for 20 minutes and wash it off. Make sure to test the mask on a small part of your skin to see if you are allergic to turmeric powder.
