  8. wanna lose weight whila ya lazy like me do some leg exercises 20 x in bed and when you getting little les lazys do a exercise you like 50x and do it everyday eat less and healtier and drink alot of water even if its sometimes annoying keep doing this for 3 weeks and ya gonna lose weight quickly how more you exercise how faster it works good luck ladies ??
