  4. I've worked out for 45 minutes today and I'm gonna do one more 15 minute workout. This one made me so tired, I had to take a break before heading to the next (I like stacking workouts)

  8. I thought the workout was not that hard UNTIL I tried the push-ups on the weights. Lifting them was easy but I had to go down to my knees because I would simple collapse on full feet ??

  13. my garmin vivosmart hr said i burned 124 calories. i weigh 170lbs used 5lb weights

  14. Whew!! I am drenched after this workout that was killer! I just couldn't really do those lunges so I just stayed in a static shoulder press. Thank you Anna! 🙂

  19. One of my favorite workouts I've found on YouTube… definitely not 150 calories (according to my fitbit charge hr – I'm 5'6 & 82lbs), but still a great, well-paced cardio workout.
