  6. i have a question.when you show the exsercise for example on the left side for 30 seconds,this also applies on the other side? because on video only one side shows and proceeds to the next control.I ‘m grateful if you answer.

  7. I did the corpse pose in the end and slept for 10 hrs straight

  10. Ustrasana is the toughest of all. And I can't do it for more than 25 seconds. It hurts me knees.
