  21. Hi Anna, Is it alright to do this workout every day since it includes a bit of lower body toning?

  22. I love you Anna but this did not work my abs at all. Is very hard on my shoulders when I had to do push-ups. And you have to realize that many of us were really overweight can't balance. I almost rolled my ankle doing these. Please take out the balance stuff

  23. I always enjoy Anna and Popsugar workouts; I love that there is such a variety and that different workout lengths are available–makes it easy to fit a workout in regardless of my schedule. I do wish these videos were a little more literal in their timing cues. When the instructor says "a couple" I always take it literally. Personally, time cues are very important to me–if I'm dying and feel like I can't go much longer, knowing that there are only a "couple" left motivates me to finish but that doesn't work when 2 typically turns into 10.

  24. In just the week since this has posted I have watched 4 times. I get super sweaty and feel like I have really put in effort. Sounds silly but less jumping probably makes my downstairs neighbor happy too!

  26. Hi guys! I have a problem with one of the exercises. When I do "the Stork" (7:15) my lower back starts to hurt a lot. What could be the problem and how can I modify the exercise?

  30. I thought this would be a good recovery workout after my hiit yesterday. But it is just deceptively easy…I was drenched in 20 minute with no jump at all. I love it–such a good way to raise up heart rates without impact!

  31. can you do a full workout with resistant band or mini ball or short workout with fitnessball (from beginner to advanced)?
