  1. I just finished this workout and sweat more than I ever have. I felt amazing and strong afterward. I've come really far with the help of popsugar fitness videos and Anna's inspirational positive attitude. I just gotta exercise more often which I am ready to do now. But I've lost 20 pounds so far with the help of these videos, writing down what I am eating, and having a more healthy mindset. Thank you Anna and Popsugar.

  3. Everytime I scrub through the video and it looks less intense, I’m dripping in sweat by the end!! Had to modify the last set of push ups and star jumps. Whew!! Killer!!

I am not always looking at the TV or PC so I was behind a little because I didnt know you already had come out of your move to the next one. Please and thank you for the motivation to start my health fitness life again.

  11. This is probably one of my favorite workouts you guys have made so far! It's not so hard to the point where I want to keel over halfway and call it a day, but it still gives me that challenge.

    The only thing is that I have been doing this workout for about 3 weeks and haven't seen any changes in my physique which is really discouraging. If anything, it looks like I've put on more fat/weight. 🙁 Do you know why this may be? I apologize if I am being a bother to you, that's not my intention!

  21. I really love pop sugar workouts, however, this one not so much. Too much repeating of exercises. Needs more variety.

  24. I love popsugar videos, but I really didn't like the vinyasa portions in this one. You're not able to get into the proper form while having shoes on, plus Anna herself says she's no yogi. I feel like maybe that's something she should stick to letting guest hosts teach. You do you girl, love your cardio and strength moves anyway!

  27. This kicked my booty. You really don't start to feel it until Round 3 in my opinion. Definitely going to incorporate this into my workout routine
