  5. Too aggressive; "no pain no gain" mantra is so patriarchal and unmotivating …in fact it bordered on cheesy. The workout is also extremely repetitive (5 moves over and over again for 20 min) and half of the moves are very advanced and modifications are not adequately explained.

  6. worthy 20 minutes.. I did it today.. and it got me sweating like I had been working out like for 1hr.. added to my everyday workout.. and love you Anna.. ???

  9. I have weak upper body strength and I can't do push ups from my toes. Any tips on how to build upper body strength? I know it's going to take a lot of time but how can I build up to that? Thanks 🙂

  14. loved this. I did some modifications but ended up rewinding and doing one extra set. I ended up doing jumping lunges, push ups, jump squats and burpees. Totally burned out!

  17. I've been working out for a long time but I can tell I'l be sore tomorrow after doing this one! Thanks for making something that's fast enough to fit into my crazy life but still hard enough to get a real workout!

  18. Solid workout (though I agree the instructions could have been slowed down a bit, at least for the first round — if you're going to emphasize form, make sure you articulate in detail what "good form" looks like for each exercise!).

    On a side note: I cannot believe how many workout cliches Brett Hoebel invoked. Dial it back. They don't mean anything when you pile them on top of one another!

  21. that was SO hard but crazy effective use of 20 minutes. You can't dial in this workout, and I am thankful for it. Brett– thank you! Your little words of inspiration was spiritual.

  23. I'm so in love with this one. Works your whole body and best for a busy schedule day when you're thinking you can't workout today but then this 20 minutes workout saves you. Bring this guy back for more such amazing workouts.

  24. Wow… I made it! This followed with Cassey's 10 minute butt lift video and 24 hours later I was shocked at how sore my triceps and obliques were (they never really "feel the burn"). Thank you! I'll also add that Brett was so inspiring throughout.
