  5. I started this a month ago and i see a little change as it is showen in month one ! I like it even just a little change !! But i ll keep it up till 2 months and maybe even 3 and give you guys an update !^^
    Ps: i do this exercices at least 2 to 3 times a day !

  6. if someone says something about the thumbnail one more time i'm going to lose my wits. we get it, the thumbnail isn't healthy but they aren't going to change it.

  11. Okay guys, today I'm going to start with this work out. I'm going to do this 3 times a day one in the morning, afternoon and evening a week long with another workout video( Victoria secret angel legs) that I'm also going to do 3 times a day. I have school holiday so it's easier to do the exercises now. I will tell you the results every day. I know that there won't be much change in a week, but if there is a difference you can always continue.
    I don’t have the thickest legs, but it can be less lol?. It’s 17:41 in the Netherlands so today I can do it only 2 times.

    Ok, looks bad

    Looks fine, pretty similiar to my legs

    Unhealthy, way to this
