  6. I've been doing this for 3 days and will switch whenever i feel like it's getting easier but this day is NOT here. I had to come back to say that this def works because just sitting on a chair hurts now. It was about time i started working out haha! and i'm super fit looking, just shows it's def not a sign of being in shape ?

  19. Katie and Pop Sugar, great workout, as always. I have to say, though, that having that other model talk throughout the workout was incredibly distracting and very annoying. I think if she has so much to say she should have her own video. It's just that this isn't a leisurely stroll through the park with your girlfriends, this is hard work and her constant chiming in really took away my focus.

  23. My parents don't want to join a gym and they say that I need to be big because guys like big woman. Last 2 years I have been starving myself so that I don't get fat. I'm not skinny but also not fat but starving myself led me to having anxiety and now I might have anemia. I asked my parents to join a gym so that I can enjoy eating whatever but still being healthy and e exercise but they refuse and even though I said I would pay with my own working money. My sister is only 9 but they have been letting her eat a whole box of cookies and sodas in just one day in the last 3 years; I told them I don't want my sister to be obese in the future but they don't care ?. My mom also keeps buying junk and unhealthy food and force us to eat them but she and my dad don't even eat them like wtf
