  1. I've never left a comment here but there is something that I would like to share. I don't know if you are aware how much you POPSUGAR Fitness team are doing for people like me. I've been suffering from BED and since always I've had this awful mindset that fat people don't deserve to be happy, loved and appreciated. So my whole life I felf unhappy, unloved and unappreciated. Sport was never my thing. I truly hated it. But I decided to change my life and I found your channel. In the beginning I only watched. But you know that you can't just watch. You see this joy, power, happiness. You hear these beautiful words of encouragement and you have to join Anna. And after every workout you feel that you're somebody. You've made it. The hardest fight is always against yourself. That's why I'm not entirely free. Sometimes "me" gets the better of me and I fail. I fail to eat healthy, I fail to work out. I binge almost every day. I'm so full that I can't do any physical exercise. But then again. It's Sunday and you get info that POPSUGAR added a new video. You get up and start working out. Your hope is back. Thank you! And ofc I've done this workout 🙂

I use to call my self fat because I would be so depressed and sometimes I just wanted to die because I felt like I didn't fit in and still do but most of it is for my belly its out and all these workout videos are helpful but come on im a 13 year old trying to get n shape for track season after Christmas I need this belly gone so I can dash my way through so I seen all the hlpful comments and Yea ima be sore but its going to be worth it the smaller thighs and the skinner face and the perfect body and its actual gotten to a point to where I wont wear a bathing suit to the pool with out shorts and a shirt to go on top so I finally diceded its time for a change so I'm glad this channel is here ima go grab my shorts (im in my room lol my family can be annoying sometimes)

  8. After a long day at work the only thing you want to do is get into bed. But try to do this kind of 30 min workout instead, take a shower,have dinner or whatever you do these days lol. I know it's crazy for women with one or two jobs, a Mom, a wife or college student.. But not impossible! And you won't regret. I lost 10 pounds last month and I go to bed tired but relaxed. Does that even make sense? Gonna go now…

  11. Easy steps with pretty good directions which leads to a GREAT workout! I needed something soft on the knees and this did it! I sweat unbelievably when doing it and I feel like I'm accomplishing something. My clothes are telling me that I am! Looking forward to more workouts on this level.

  12. I just did this workout….The beginning section for the arms was probably the hardest arm workout I've ever done!  Don't be fooled girls, this workout looks easy but I'm sweating everywhere!  It's definitely efficient and fun.  Loved those girls.

  13. Thanks POPSUGAR fitness for showing us this workout! I successfully lost around 2-3 kgs! I felt my legs getting stronger and my arms getting more toned. I did this workout for about a month (Monday-Friday only, I rested on Saturday and Sunday). And of course I tried to eat healthier.

    For example:

    Breakfast: Wholemeal bread with some cream cheese (I go to school, so I don't really eat much for breakfast)

    Lunch: Rice, veggies and meat. Sometimes with some eggs or tofu too. (I'm chinese so yeaaahhh)

    Snack: I don't really eat anything, if I'm hungry, maybe I'll eat some Digestives or something… ???

    Dinner: Almost the same with lunch. What the heck do you expect from a chinese family???

    Well that's all. To anyone who sees my comment, if you wanna lose weight, lose that weight because of your own health, not because of other people's judgements. ?

  14. I really enjoyed this tonight. What do you guys think of intermittent fasting for women have any of you or other viewers tried it successfully. I want to do it to have better moderation with eating so right now I’m on a 16:8 fast 3 days a week. I was thinking that plus these cardio workouts 3 nights a week would help me get my fitness levels back to pre baby levels

  15. THAT WAS THE FUNNEST WORKOUT EVER!!! I’ve done a few of these and I can’t help but keep doing them because it’s so fun and I feel amazing afterwards, also this week I have assessments 5 days straight and working out is really de stressing me. I don’t necessarily hate working out but I never loved but now I love and I connect it to my tv and it’s just so much fun (you probably get the point that it’s fun ahahha) if I keep this up I will look great in summer which is in 1 month for ne

  16. Whoo 🙂 I finished it. I've been doing spinning classes 2-4 days a week (I burn 600 calories on avg at each 45 min class so I totally recommend). But since I'm 16, sometimes I have a lot of homework or am just too tired from school o drive over to a class and socialize with people (lmao) so workouts like these are great, time efficient but functional, but I did throw in a little mini waist and ab 5 minute workout just cause I wanted a more full body workout.
