  7. I've done A LOT of popsugar and other workout videos including lots of dance and non-dance ones and even though this one is only 30 minutes it is my favorite!!! sometimes I feel like it's a better workout than those longer ones because it's fast paced and you jump a lot!

At first I thought I would not like this because she kept stopping, buuut as the video progressed things got more intense and now I am sweating like crazy… I usually do 45 minutes of workout (uphill jogging and then toning), but this one was only 30 minutes and left me too tired to continue with another video lol

  20. I don't get the hate for this video, this workout kicked the sweat straight out of me and Simone is hands-down one of the BEST Popsugar instructors because she details and isolates each movement as she goes. This is a great workout.
