  3. I like that Adam really encourages the viewers to take our own pace, which is very affirmative. He also waits for us to finish and cheers us on, which really made me feel motivated!

  5. My husband and I did this workout together about 10 times. We memorized all the in-between banter and now whenever we start doing jumping jacks my husband says in a falsetto voice, "I didn't see jumping jacks coming!"

  9. Great! Really friendly trainer, not exaggerated. in the beginning a little lot of talking so i was worried of not using the whole time, but in the end it was a tough work out! maybe advice for water break needed. thank you

  20. This workout SUCKED. It's 50% useless talk, 25% plank or push-ups and the reste is little cardio exercises. Waste of time. I screamed "shut up" at the TV at least 3 times.

  22. I've been doing this for the last two years and at this point I can do it 6 times repeating the very last cycle they do on the video (it's the quickest). I regularly do the other workouts from Popsugar as well (with Jake, Raneir etc.) but this one has always been the most challenging one so I keep coming back for it. Thank you Popsugar!

  24. way too much talking. I am a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor and sometimes I like doing a workout at home.  even if this is a beginner workout, he takes way too long in between each exercise and  the rest period is ridiculous. hardly a workout for 45 min.

  25. I did just the first half of this and noticed how I would be so much more fit at combat situations like jumping over something or even a fence. I just think it would be so awesome to, with cooperation from Rainbow Six, make a video like this where everyone is dressed like Rainbow Six Siege and with airsoft guns in the background. That's why I'm doing this. I call it my Rainbow Six workout. I'm doing other workouts at the gym but this is a whole other level that makes you almost a ninja. I'm sure one who got here by searching "boot camp workout."

    The workout also makes it easier to run. There's a track at my gym where I run and ever since doing just half of this my ability to run increased. After completing this I'll be doing it before going for military style 15km speed walks and be that kind of military fit I've dreamed of since the days of Rainbow Six 1 on PC.

  28. i finished after 10 min rest ( i actually had asthma attack and went on to use my inhaler before continue back). phewww glad i made it
