  1. So happy I did this. I worked muscles that I've been missing. Great job and I love the stretches. This is a keeper for sure!!

  2. A couple of things/terms I don't understand, help!

    1. What does it mean to tighten your core? Like what do you do when they say "keep your core tight"?

    2. Can I do excercises without wearing shoes since I'm on the mat and indoors?

  7. I really liked this but felt that it could be more intense and fast paced, I felt that it wasn't quite hard enough.

  9. I do this workout once a week. I am very tight due to last week i had my tubal ligation and was not allowed to workout for 5 days. Im healed up and ready to keep my workouts going with help From PopSugar Fitness. Yall are amazing!! And i feel so so strong after this workout!!

  17. Good workout, but it would be helpful if she would count down the reps so that I didn't have to look at the screen to see what is going on.

  18. Didn't work for me. I have carpal tunnel and these moves are way to stressful for me. Please have variations for people in my situation. Thank you.

  20. Both my elbows were bleeding after this workout…so many planks!
