  • 1.5 Cups of frozen berries
  • 1 Banana
  • 3/4 Almond Milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 -3/4 plain greek yogurt
  • 1 green tea bag – 3 tbsp water – 2tsp honey

2. Scramble Burrito

  • Veggie tortilla
  • 2 eggs – or you can just use egg whites
  • Green onions + Tomatoes + Cheese
  • Salsa

3. PB&J Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 almond milk
  • 1/4 greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Toppings = strawberries, honey + peanut butter

  • 1 Tortilla

  • Sliced almonds/ gronolla
  • 1 Banana
  • Honey + Cinnamon

Sorry but none of these r healthy and also you should use fry light as olive oil is so bad and salsa sauce you dont realise how of those things you just had are so bad and also if you do slimming world you would know but as u ain’t following it its still so bad so learn how to cook actual healthy meals
