  13. Great video! I liked how you modified the exercises for wrist/ neck pain AND that the timer was off for the stretching part so one can actually cool down instead of feeling rushed ??

  19. not sure what I'm doing wrong but all i get with the side plank work is loads of pain from my elbows digging into the floor?!

  21. To slow to much talking I like to continue my workout I felt like there was to much explaining and time in between. This is not a beginner workout video we should be going from one exercise to the next not seconds or even a minute in betweenSome great exercises but I found here was to much talking I barely broke a sweat with all of the "breaks" in between

  31. How regularly should we change exercise routines? I have been sticking to those 45 minutes Tabata workouts by Raneir Pollar regularly and then I hit a weight losing plateau n I changed it to Anna Victoria's recently uploaded workout. I find this one too awesome. Do I need to switch those daily or weekly or how?

  34. High quality video! I think you have potential to be a HUGE YouTuber and make so much money that this becomes your permanent job! It's just We noticed that your channel isn't growing very fast, which is holding you back! I actually had the same exact problem on my main channel until my friend hooked me up with her promotion service on Fiverr. She wanted to test her promotion strategies on my videos and SURPRISE my main channel virtually exploded after that. The lady advertised my video in front of millions of people and now I have thousands of views, subscribers, and comments because she brought the right traffic which i needed for my particular channel and content. I actually want you to grow and get the views that you deserve, so I'd suggest you look into a promotion service like hers. {This is actually in the bottom right corner of my YouTube banner (not allowed to post links in the comment section).
