    Even though it feels not so comfortable to do a stretching exercise and at the same time you need muscle strength. i would prefer to only focus on the stretching.
    Can you also differ more? there are a lot of squats and i'm afraid of getting too big glutes. thank you!

  22. Too much pauses while the modifications are being explained. Would recommend starting the exercise and explain while the moment is going on rather than waiting for the explanation to be over before starting. Too much pauses breaks the flow
