  4. I tried it but because of heavy body weight I couldn't lift it side to side. For beginners, with heavy body weight,any suggestions how to start and what can you adjust while lifting up???

  8. Hi guys. I just started this exercise since yesterday. This is my 2nd day and I am also doing on a diet aswell. I think for this one, you need to go on a diet aswell to have a flat stomach. I will keep on doing this until i truly get a flat one. I will update you guys weekly. Btw as i do this twice a day. In the morning and and hour after I eat dinner (bread or half a rice only).. which is half an hour before I go to sleep.

    WEEK 1 i pretty much look exactly the same, but trust me (and ik you hear this all of the time) keeping a healthy diet will give you much better results 🙂
