    4. Squats (5 times for beginners)
    5. Exercise for perfect ABS (5 times)
    6. ABS and Buttocks
    7. Waist (5 times)

  11. why not put out some video's for over 50-60 years old? You always show young people in shape, they don't need to loose weight, show real people in action!

  14. It would be very helpful to actually see video of the person doing the exercise so that you can see the move from start to finish.
