  1. Tbh idk why but I eat a lot of food, but I'm still thin. I think it's the kind of food you eat. I am asian and is still living with my parents. Our food always has fruits or vegetables in it. Our family a avoids street food or any food bought outside saying that the food that is always cooked in our house is safer and healthier. My dad also got stricter to us when it was our puberty stage. He doesn't let us miss a food (like we should eat 3x a day) because he wants us to grow taller. My whole point is that you CAN eat junk foods but eat it with MODERATION. Eat healthy foods more often and always look at the nutrition facts. Don't trust foods that has 'NO FATS' blah blah on its packaging. Check the nutrition facts first. ?

  2. So to get rid of a large belly, just meditate and it will go away…are you kidding? You said nothing about drinking only warm water for liquids, abdominal exercises, diet changes, etc…. you will get a dislike from me.

  3. Well in fact, salt is good for the body so it's not a good idea to completely stop putting salt in our food. Salt helps to maintain the tiroid. You just have to don't take too much of it.

  5. I used to have 3 to 4 cups of green tea but severe acidity put paid to it.. so, how do I?

  9. ok it has been 6 month I'm trying to lose weight, one hour of bicycle everyday, no more bread, at least 2 liters of water a day and so on, and i didn't lose a single kg XD

  10. Eating breakfast is a fad . Try intermittent fasting. It works wonders
