  6. NOT RIGHT: I love the plank but it is not right to do an exercise targeting the same muscle group daily because this could lead to injury due to over use. Better to do it every other day and in between do exercises targeting another muscles group, an aerobic in between is even much better. Don't forget quality over quantity is key

  13. Front planks are worthless if you already have decent strength…if you can hold it for a good amount of time, you might as well just do pushups. Now side planks combined with ab wheel rollouts are great and are worth doing.

  16. Yes I would say it's working I do 60sec 4 times a day and I lost 5kg in 3 weeks.

  18. I did planks along with tricep plank, and jumping jack plank. Did three of this in variations for 10 mins. Found it pretty tough to do the tricep and jumping jack plank, since it was my first time. But I'm happy I could do it. I'm gonna do it regularly.

  19. My brother had fractured 3 lower back vertebrae 3 months ago and is recovering from it, i was wondering if planking is something that can help him? Or is this something he shouldn't do ? Someone please help me with this

  20. I do daily Zercher Squat 10 reps from 20 Kg to 70 Kg with 10 Kg increment with less than 1 minutes rest in between. You will get breathless and your core will be on fire. Then 10 planks of 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest in between. Again another killer and sweat like a pig. As complimentary 10 side bend per side from 5Kg to 30Kg with 5 Kg increment and no rest in between. Done daily or 6 times a week you will notice soon how strong you become and this will affect basically all your lifts. Core strenght is very important!

  28. I wanna do planks everyday so it might help me get in shape??. I cant go jog because anti social me. Jump rope would be good but i dont have much space?.
