  2. 1 and 2 are difficult as it includes jumps, would it be effective if I do the remaining 5?

  3. To be honest, I try a lot. I do lots of Taekwondo which keeps me in better shape but I’m not satisfied with myself. I guess it’s eating habits. I stopped eating after a Taekwondo class on a weekday and on Friday’s , Saturday’s and Sunday’s I ate less and that helped. These excercises should help a lot more.

  6. 30 reps of each set

    Lunges with jump changing legs
    Begin with 10-12 reps gradually increasing to 30

    Jump crunches
    3 sets 10 reps at first , one minute rest

    Leg raise on the side

    Leg raise on the side (For the inner thighs)

    Dumbbell lunges ( reverse )

    Sidelong bows with a dumbbell

    Leg raise from the prone position

  9. to makeit fun and easy, jump rope burns more calories… believe me, ive tried this and it did but i gained it back cause i stopped and realized i was too young to give up food like that ?
