  2. I drink a cup of water before and after my three meals, and one during lunch and one at dinner. And one when I'm exercising and one before I go o bed.

  3. I only eat an apple or banana for lunch but eat breakfast and dinner. Is that good for me.

  4. Another thing to remember is muscle weighs more than fat so if you are constantly excersizing and weighing yourself you are probably not seeing a difference on the scale try to focus on how you feel instead

  8. I talked to a personal trainer and he said that ladies dont bulk up and that doing less weight does nothing for you and makes you do waay to much effort

  10. I hate myself because of my ugly body and it's unfair how people can just eat whatever and gain nothing even if their not healthy.

  13. When I was younger I thought you could get skinny by laying on your stomach so every day I would lay on my stomach when I would do anything ????my parents were so confused ???????

  16. I myself am an example of what happens when you don't lose weight healthily. I have an eating disorder, obsess over my weight, and let refuse to eat anything other than healthy foods. Which is why I really want to thank you for uploading this video so that others can see it and have an example such as this.
    So for anyone looking to lose weight, PLEASE DO IT HEALTHILY.
