  2. Hi. Do you have a video showing exercises that I can do for my abs, which do NOT involve me putting any pressure on my legs? I have a left leg injury causing pain in my lower leg and ankle. However, I still want to make sure to work my abs out and do some safe forms of exercises that will not harm my leg. Any suggestions on how I can keep my body toned, during the time my leg heals?

Side plank work is great for the obliques but can produce a thick or blocky waist… a coach in the know would not advise women who are looking for good abs and, let's face it, a SMALL waist to train these muscles with so many plank variations. The instructor here calls these "her favorites". Lol….errm…just take a look at her waist. No thanks. Next.
