  4. I normally walk and run every morning but since it has been raining nonstop for three days I decided to check out two Popsugar low impact cardio workouts. I have to confess…there were a couple of exercises involving the knees that I couldn't do very well but the others I did great. I feel awesome. Not bad for a 50-year old.

  7. Anna i recently found these popsugar workouts and have fallen in love. This one and the 500 calorie kick boxing one are my favorite right now. Cant wait try the 1 hour kickboxing one. Im normally a jogger but thought Would be good for change. Just hope its works me out as good

  10. I haven’t eaten all day and it’s 1:07 and I’ve done this 3 times and another 10 min cardio workout too without water .. imma pass out I’m at -750 calories today

  18. I'm excited to try this! I have a heart arrythmia and running or cardio workouts is the only thing that gives me temporary relief/makes my heart beat normal for a little while.
