  23. Great recipe for anybody wondering if it's worth trying. Made this with pretty much the same recipe, googled the mass measurements of 1 cup and just portioned out everything to try to match. Kinda guessed on a lot of it and nobody in the stores in my town have heard of golden syrup so I just used 100% maple syrup. It was awesome even refrigerated. Actually, especially refrigerated. The flavors fermented most after 2-3 days while the cake was still soft and the chocolate-glazed top retained its flavor as well. He says here to cook on 180 degrees which is Celcius. For other Americanos like me, bake slightly over the 350 degree mark for about 10 minutes (maybe less so keep watch) until the outside forms a crust while the inside is still a soft, spongey masterpiece.
