It can be hard to slow down — especially when it comes to workouts. But to see results, you need to make sure you’re giving your body the restorative love it deserves.   2. For the side plank to make it easier on the wrists, you can place your forearm on the floor palm facing down instead of placing only the hand on the ground for support. You will still feel a workout in your supporting arm and shoulder but you will eliminate the strain on the wrist
