  2. been exercising 30 mins a day for a week now yeah a week I just started I was always lazy and making excuses and was depressed and stress I finally had enough courage to put down my burger and go run 30 mins a day and boy I'm a loving it I noticed how im not stress no more and tired and depressed I actually feel more energized and fell more happy and I don't want to eat junk food no more and I'm less hungry and I'm continuing to exercise daily

  4. Recently I've been wanting to lose some wait and get into better shape but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. This video helped to motivate me and make me want to exercise. Thank you so much for making this video!!

  14. 6days a week. 40mins cardio / body weight exercises every morning and 30 mins specific exercises for different body parts every evening.I love staying alone. I don't have friends but I love talking to people to understand the personalities and nature. Meditation is the key to keep yourself motivated. Forever. Though it's my personal experience how about you all?

  16. My motivation? Ex gf.. Which i got back with cuz i became a fresh af beast and she fe… Sigh, did i do the right decision? I mean, i still love her but the pain when she first left… ? I owe my progress to her but if she didn't intend that i become this successful, does she deserve the credit? Or any at all? halp.

  17. I DO KARATE TRAINING 5X A WEEK 2 HOURS PER DAY.. I BREAK A LOTS OF SWEAT ON IT.. IS IT ENOUGH FOR ME TO MEET MY REGULAR EXERCISE?

  27. I cycle an hour every day and I've not improved my body even a little bit. because I have to cycle to school (I live in the Netherlands so for me it's normal to cycle every day)

  30. The way I motivate myself? My coach does it for me. He's awesome, always been there for me. He's the one who convinces me to get up and workout. Its because of him my health is inproving so much. ?
