  11. This is totally based on preference but if you want to do the chair dips you can use 2 chairs one for each arm because it's better for your shoulders! ps totally going to start this workout!:) <3

  17. u shld try to pump inwards, yr elbows gg towards yr body and not outwards, lyk what yr doing in the video was pumping outwards as pumping outwards causes yr shoulder to broaden. Love yr vids btw<3

Also the others one you did… As much as I love watching your videos it would be easier if I could have the workouts printed instead of playing the videos everytime and constantly pausing them while I do the exercises ๐Ÿ™‚ Great serie btw ๐Ÿ™‚

  26. Hey Tess! I have a question- how long does it usually take you to do each of your workout routines? (eg, for abs, legs, arms, etc) each and in total? Also how often do you do them? What do you recommend to do if you don't have a lot of time to work out or maybe just once a week but still really want to improve? It would mean so much to me if you replied!   34. Just a little tip with your kneeling push-ups, I was always told to tuck your elbows close to your body and that will help relieve the stress on hour shoulders and elbows!?
