Today we are going to make these super healthy Energy Bites! This recipe is super easy and fantastic when you are feeling snackers. This is a no cook and no bake recipe so it will be perfectly safe for anyone to make! They stay fresh in the refrigerator for at least 3 weeks(I made a large stash and Eric is still eating them). Because of the protein and complex carb content, they are perfect for a pre or post workout snack! This is a raw vegan snack that anyone will love! Hope you enjoy this recipe! Materials used:
- 1 Cup of Rolled Oats
- 6 Tablespoons of Vegan Protein Powder (I would recommend using a vanilla or chocolate flavor)
- 1 Cup Coconut Flakes
- (optional) 1/2 Cup Hemp Seeds
- 2-3 Tablespoons of Raw Cacao
- 1/2 Cup Almond Butter
