Hotel Workouts | Shape Up

It’s hard to keep in shape when you’re always on the go, but there are plenty of ways to #ShapeUp when travel calls. Fitness expert Carl Paoli can show you how to get active, burn calories, and train, right in your hotel room. All you need is 20 minutes, a jump rope… and an upbeat playlist to boot!

  2. THIS IS GREAT! I travel a lot so this would work for me. A great video popped up on my feed by Mode and I can't find it anywhere. It was a guy doing some interesting butt exercises. One was pointing the toe and touching the ground in front, to the side, and to the back. Another was plie' squats.. I have browsed all fitness videos and can't find it ANYWHERE! HELP!

  3. Would running on the spot be okay instead of jumproping?  Boobs + Jumprope = stretchmarks, ugh.
