  2. I've been doing this for 3 days now, on my first day I did this once, minus the Butterfly twists because it hurts my back even with a mat. On the 2nd day, I did this twice, now on my 3rd day and I have just finished it 3 times (still without the butterfly twists) So far I have noticed my stomach has become flatter, (I have controlled food portions the past 3 days) Waist looking a lot less pudgy! I will keep updating

  7. Before I start doing this I have a Quick question; I have huge hips and really want ONLY MY WAIST to get smaller. Does this makes my hips bigger or loosen them in any way because I don't want them any bigger than they already are.

    ✮ I am not having any major dietary changes except cutting off some sugar ( drinking less juice, not eating candy as much ) and drinking one protein shake a week.

  12. The first time I did this i saw results then i did this 2 more times I got such a tiny waist that when I went to school all the boys just stared at my waist

    I lost an inch one first week
    I remember plank twists hurt like hell on first day xD but later on it gets better. It helps the core too, which helps slim belly fat and waist.
