  10. So. I'll update you guys in 2 weeks. I'm gonna do these 6 times a week. I'm already doing some workouts for about 1 1/2 weeks and see a bit of results on my belly. My weight in 63kg and I'm 1.73 m tall. I'm not eating fast food or something like this and chocolate. I don't eat chocolate, well, only in ice cream, but that happens only about 1 time a week, so yeah. The workouts that I'm doing are also from youtube and about 20-30 minutes long.
