  8. I'm going to give this a try. Did the first one, though had to reduce the number of reps on the first one. I damaged my ligaments in my elbow pretty bad two months ago, so anything that needs arm support is effing painful, and the elbow still isn't stable, but I'm struggling with my belly, so I'll test-ride this. No promises for updates, plus on Wednesday, I start pre-season workouts with my team, so there will be a lot more input than just this and cardio, which I do. However, reading the little feedback that was here, it sounds promising.

  9. This is tougher than I thought. I had to start with 5 reps yesterday and work up to 10 today! I'll build up to 3 sets, but I like the moves – challenging!

  19. I have a question! My stomach is already flat! What I want to do is make my waist smaller by making the sides smaller. Can you lose inches in your waist if your stomach is already flat? Will this workout help you trim the sides of your waist? Thanks:)
