    30 v-sits, 15 cross-over crunches, 20 crunches, 30 flutter kicks, 15 side heel touches, 10 crunches, 10 bicycle crunches, 10 mountain climbers, 10 side v-ups, 10 dynamic planks, 10 knee touches, 10 toe touches, 10 leg lifts, 10 crunch claps, 25 crisscross crunches, 20 crunches, 30 flutter kicks, 25 heel touches.

    30 lunges, 20 single dead lifts, 20 squats, 30 donkey kicks, 15 glute bridges,

    20 sumo squats 40 side leg raises 20 deep side lunges, 20 leg extensions, 20 side leg extensions, 40 side leg extensions,10 leg lifts, 10 rainbows, 10 bicycle crunches, 10 circles, 10 inner thigh lifts,

    25 arm circles (backwards), 20 tricep dips, 25 arm circles, 20 push ups, 30 second plank

    Then a couple face exercises.

  11. actually works 🙂 It's a good way to get down to a weight you like and then you can slowly modify the diet and up the workout so it evens out 🙂 like lol, i am not eating like this forever! But it motivated me to keep the weight off by working out more haha, cuz i like the way my body looked!

  15. Im 88lbs but I want to lose weight cuz I'm 5'0" and if I get fat, it'd be really difficult to go on a diet, work out and stuff so I'll just do it now

  16. I’ll do this and workout ( I already workout so it’s gonna be easy ) my family isn’t really supportive of me and I can’t go through a diet without them basically forcing me to not eat my salad for dinner and stuff but I’ll try. Just don’t expect too much from me.

    Edit:I can’t sleep at night so I wasn’t able to wake up early for school and drink my lemon water, wait an hour, and eat apples. I’m going to try to wait until winter break

  19. I’m starting this diet today. Hopefully it works for me! I wonder if we are able to add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with water along with everything else in the diet? Or would it screw with the results? Be back in a week with results! (December 2nd)
