  17. I did a plank challenge a few years ago and along with a change in my diet. In 30 days I saw absolutely No Change except i could now hold a plank position for 5 mins. They are still apart of my regimine today. Just have to figure out how to avoid elbow friction.

  20. To get rid of back pain which is a result of bending down, just stretch your self backwards as much as you can with your hands trying to touch the floor behind. Try doing this two to three times and the back pain disappears completely. This is because when we bend in front the discs of our back may get a bit dislocated so, when we do the opposite stretching, they come back to normal. I do it and it works.

  31. Losing your stomach is definitely very complicated you can lose your stomach and after all of that you'll have excess skin which looks even more disgusting pretty much the best way to go with surgery even though that's very expensive

  34. One way to lose belly fats is to avoid drinking cold water after meal, instead drink lukewarm water or make it a “little” hot because its better. Also try to limit your intake of calories(1000-2000 calories per day) because your “Fats” are stored calories/energy so you gotta use them. Remember that the purpose of eating is to get our nutrients and survive.
    Edit: also drink 4 liters of water a day. You can search the internet about every sentence I said to make it more clearer to you since I’m not good at explaining.
