Sculpt Toned Arms While Blasting Fat (ARM FAT MASSACRE!!)


If you are looking for a toned arms workout that will also help you get rid of arm fat and body fat throughout the body, you should try this routine! This is a sculpted arms workout that hits both arms and shoulders with an additional fat blast incorporated in.



The first four exercises in this routine are exercises for toned arms but that will also help you with how to lose arm fat and fat throughout the body. The final exercise in this routine to get rid of arm fat is jump rope because it offers fat burn throughout the body.

For each of the sculpted arms exercises in this arm fat blaster you’ll do 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.   1. I think your execises are great and inspiring! But, the videos would get a lot better if you weren't showing the movements in front of that big black sofa! I can see what you're doing, but it would be a better video with a lighter background 🙂 Thank you!

  5. Another tough routine! Is the home venue so we don’t think all work outs need to be in the gym? Melissa looks so cramped I keep expecting her to hit something. Plus her bottom half blends into the background. Dark on dark doesn’t cut it.
