Workout Description: repeat the first 5 exercises 3 times, rest for 60 seconds and repeat the remaining 5 exercises 3 times

Equipment: bench, dumbbells

Exercises:

  • butterfly dips
  • dumbbell pullover
  • concentration curls
  • shoulder to shoulder press
  • chest press punch up
  • inchworm
  • reverse lunge shoulder press
  • dumbbell punches
  • dumbbell swing
  • side lunge curl
