The Healthiest Fast Food Menu Options

Healthy options on fast food restaurant menus can be hard to come by, but there are actually a decent handful of healthier options in addition to the caloric explosions you might come across. Places like McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, KFC, and Wendy’s have all weaved in a few foods marketed as healthy, so we thought we’d take a look and see exactly how it all stacks up.

  1. Only thing healthy was the fruit cup everything else was hot garbage just make your food yourself don't trust no fast food place you don't know what they cook it in.

  2. This is a JOKE. Healthiest = quality of the ingredients. Are they fresh? Was the meat raised properly? Does it have a lot of additives? If you eat high-quality ingredients like from Chipotle or Chick-Fil-A, a 1000 calorie item is healthy, while a 1000-calorie triple bacon cheeseburger from McDonalds is a disaster.

  3. At Chick- Fil -A I order a kids meal with 4 piece grilled chicken nuggets and side of fruit instead of fries. At McDonald's I order a grilled snack wrap.
At the end of the day you probably shouldn't eat fast food if you're trying to be healthy or lose weight , but I'm still a teenager who lives at home and I don't really get to pick what we have for dinner.. I'm sure a lot of people can relate!

  4. ur stupid when you say that one for subway. The philly cheesesteak has over 1000 calories ya dam nub

  5. this is completely based on calories… that's not what makes food unhealthy. you're just picking the smallest meal item they have and basically listing it as healthy

  6. Might as well do
    Best : Half an hamburger
    Worst : Hamburger

  7. also, it's not like ppl only order the food, then you've got fizzy sodas and sides with the meal to consider

  8. Screw you for basing health off of only the amount of calories and fat. That's not what makes it unhealthy.

  9. Wow… A lot of these are as many calories as I eat in a whole day lol

  10. The McDonalds cheeseburgee has less caloriea than the chixken sandwich.

  11. It was surprising just how low cal some of the healthy items were.

  12. Very helpful indeed! And surprising in cases. Never mind about healthy, but at least we get a good idea of how to navigate these places.

  13. Is it bad that I liked all the worst things lol :/

  14. i loved this video it was super helpful! i work a lot and go to school so usually don't get time to make healthy food! but this video really helped me. i am actually surprised about subway lol i guess now i know what to get !

  15. At subway I get a 6 inch veggie delite on wheat with whatever cheese, spinach, olives, banana and green peppers, jalepenos, and red onion. Then, I take it home and put plain greek yogurt on it for sauce. I love it!

At chipotle I get a brown rice bowl with chicken, fajita veggies, black beans, lettuce, corn salsa, and pico de gallo. No cheese or sour cream, but I do add greek yogurt at my house like the subway. Also, I make two meals out of one bowl.

These are my two preferred "fast food" choices!

  16. Wow that surprised me a little but was super helpful, I normally only go to subway out of all of these, but I love turkey and have never thought of having it in a sub, definitely changing next time I go (:
