Some days, getting to the gym seems impossible. Heck, sometimes evening standing feels like too much work. For the lazy days, we created a 10-minute workout where you never leave the floor. You might be surprised how much you work your muscles sitting down! Grab a light set of weights, and sit down for your next workout.

  1. I'd love to see more of these lazy girl workouts. It's great for those days I don't feel like moving but am still getting a good burn. Recently I injured my ankle and this has been perfect but wish there were more of these lazy day workout routines to give me some variety. ?

  11. easy but great for abs, i can feel it :3 also this is great for lazy Sundays (also my foot is injured so I was looking for workouts on the floor)

  12. I sprained my foot last night skating and desperately needed to get some kind of workout, but can't put any pressure on my foot what so ever πŸ™ so happy i found this did it 4 times in a row so it could do something didn't have to use my foot once! happy this exists!
