If you don't like the way something looks, or are just so terrified those oranges and spinach leaves are going to kill you then DON'T TRY IT. Goodness. You don't need to drop your negativity in the comment section. All these people are trying to do is help. All the stars that try this are as big as my pinky finger, so I'm sure you'll be fine. Jeez, live a little.

  4. Just made it. Well… It is not too bad. I didn't like the first gulp, but then I got more into it, by the time I finished the glass I want to save the recipe somewhere for next time!

    About 3 oranges: it obviously makes two servings this way, 1.5 orange per person is usually a problem for NO one, unless you have a diabetis, but that is a different story.
    I was by myself, I used 2 small oranges and reduced amounts of other components (judjed by eyes). Still using 1 date! (little bit of cheating)
    It yelded just 1 glass, conveniently.
