  3. Dear Pop Sugar- I love your workouts, but after having done about 20 different videos, there doesn’t seem to any stretching on any of your WO vids. It would be really nice if the trainer could lead some stretches specifically for the targeted areas worked. Thanks for the videos, though!!! XOXO

  13. Great workout! I understand the hostess needs to talk, but instead of showing frustration she can encourage user to stay put and go through it. That'd be more helpful.
