    Day 1: I feel darn good❤️❤️ I want to do this everyday….for 30 days. Then see what will happen. I want this to work..Let us see what happens. Adrenaline rush! Aaaaahhh??!!!
    Day 2: I can't feel much difference..well obviously it is the second day..and so I don't expect much either..but I feel good and maybe it is working slowly. Well I will give the liberty of pace to it. But I am sure it will happen. Let us try some other workouts, shall we??

  7. I've been doing this workout once a day for 4 days so far and I must say, this is the best thigh workout I have ever done. I've seen a slight different in my inner thighs so I will keep doing this for a week and I'll update! 🙂

  21. This incorporates some aerobic and abdominal work. Good job. I rotate moves like this with pilates and cardio so I get some lean muscle development, tone and strengthening.
