This Drink Will Help You Lose Belly, Arm, and Leg Fat In 1 Week


Doesn’t it seem like the road to weight-loss just keeps getting longer and more difficult with each passing day? Luckily, there’s one drink that can make this struggle a whole lot easier by melting body fat and keeping it from coming back! Intrigued? Then listen up and take notes!



Everything you need for this miraculous cocktail can be conveniently found in pretty much any kitchen. Just grab 3 lemons, 2 small bundles of parsley, some baking soda, and about 8 cups of water.

Start by scrubbing the lemons with a pinch of baking soda and rinse them off to remove any bacteria or pesticides. Add some baking soda to the 8 cups of warm water and put your now clean shiny lemons in it. Let them sit there for about an hour so that they can soak in the baking soda. Once that’s done, wash the parsley, cut it and the lemons up, and throw the two in the water.



Don’t remove the peel from the lemons, it has its own important nutrients too! Let the water come to a boil, and then leave it on low heat for about 3 hours. After that, turn off the heat and let it cool. If you’ve done everything right, half of the water should evaporate. Strain your soupy concoction, put it in a glass bottle or jar, and keep it in the fridge overnight. Drink 2 ounces of it first thing in the morning, wait for about 30 minutes, and then enjoy some breakfast!

    You can't expect to drink these, still eat donuts, pizza, chocolate etc. and lose wight at the same time!! It just doesn't work this way. What you really need to do is to start eating healthy stuff AND consume one of those drinks. Then I can promise you good results. Some exercise (like 10 mins) won't be bad as well. ?
