  10. okay I'm really mad bc I have tried multiple work out videos and crap and I don't feel effective at all! And Ik that I'm doing them right but I don't feel sore in the morning when I do them and it doesn't work right and I. So fed up with my body but nothing's working out I need help so if anyone has work out videos that may help with slim tummy and no love handles it would be much appreciated. Also my insta is _maddiemoore03 if you have any advice or snot hung to tell me bc I'm desperate to name my body better looking more like a summer body

  14. Is this diastasis recti safe? Mines only mild as I've been working on closing it up but don't want to make it worse by doing the wrong exercise

  15. I'm going to do this for 2 weeks straight as I'm trying to be fit for a social. So far it's been 3 days, no results quite yet. I'll do results every 3 days.

  19. I broke my hand and I've been trying to work out my love handles but there are only 2 love handle work outs that I know that do not need your hands. I really need help ? Please somebody tell me other exercises that I can do with a broken hand.
