I understand that your research has informed you that B vitamins should be taken with vitamin C, Calcium and Magnesium to increase Iron absorption but… People with Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase deficiency CAN NOT increase asorbic acid (the artificial vitamin C that companies use for multi vitamins) or Iron because it will cause their red blood cells to break down because the body lacks the enzyme to process glutathione. My 6yr old has it and I have to order special vitamins for him. It'll be great if you guys could do a video on it. Over 400 million people in the world has this deficiency but some are unaware of it.
